> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://docs.hiveinspect.com/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Sign Inspection Agreements on Your Phone in the Hive Inspect App > See an inspection's agreements in the Hive Inspect mobile app and have the client sign on your phone or tablet at the property: name, initials and a drawn signature. In the mobile app: open an inspection → the **Agreements** tile. When a client hasn't signed the inspection agreement before you arrive, they can sign it on your phone or tablet at the property. Tap **Sign** to sign it on this phone. * **Signed** with the date and a **View** button: tap **View** to open the signed PDF in your browser. Pull down to refresh, for example after the client signs from their email. When the inspection has no agreements, the screen says "No agreements available". You add agreements on the dashboard, usually through the services they're attached to. Hand the phone to the client to read it They scroll to the bottom. ### 3. The client fills in Your Name and Your Initials **Your Initials** only shows when the agreement has places to initial. As they type, their initials appear in each of those places in the agreement. ### 4. Tap Sign Agreement The button turns blue once the name, signature and any initials are filled in. Tap **Clear & Re-sign** to redo the signature before signing. Signing needs an internet connection. If the PDF can't open on the phone afterwards, the agreement is still signed: "Your agreement was signed, but the PDF could not be opened on this device. You can view it later from the Agreements list." ## Common questions > **Why is Sign Agreement greyed out?** > > Something is missing: the name, the signature, or the initials when the agreement asks for them. > **The client already signed by email. Why does the app say Pending?** > > Pull down on the Agreements screen to refresh it. > **Can I add or change an agreement in the app?** > > No. Agreements are set up and attached on the dashboard.
