Hive Inspect is AI home inspection software. Inspectors use the Hive Inspect mobile app on site to capture photos and speak findings; Hive's AI drafts structured report comments while the inspector keeps control of every condition, severity, and recommendation. The web dashboard handles scheduling, online booking, agreements with e-signature, Stripe payments (card, ACH, Affirm, Pay at Close), email/SMS automations, a client and realtor portal, QuickBooks sync, Mailchimp contact sync, and review requests.
