# Hourly Time Tracker: Review Inspector Clock-In Hours

> Review inspector clock-in and clock-out times in Hive Inspect. Filter by employee and date range, add entries by hand, and export the hours for payroll.

## What the Hourly Time Tracker does

Inspectors clock in and out, and admins review the times under **Business Tools → Hourly Time Tracker**. Admins can review, add, edit and export the entries, for example when running payroll.

## Review hours

  <Step title="Open the Hourly Time Tracker">
    * In the dashboard, go to **Business Tools → Hourly Time Tracker**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Pick a date range">
    * Set **From** and **To** dates, or click **7 days**, **30 days**, **90 days** or **YTD**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Filter by employee">
    * Use the **Employee** filter to see one person, or leave it on **All Employees**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="See each person's shifts">
    * **Hours by Employee** lists everyone with recorded hours in the range.
    * Click a row to see that person's shifts.
  </Step>

## Add an entry by hand

* Click **Add Entry** to add an entry manually for an employee.

## Export hours

* Click **Export** to download the hours.

  If the page shows **No hours in this range**, try a wider date range, or add an entry manually for the employee.
