Add a partial payment link for another contact who isn’t the client on an inspection. Useful when part of the payment is being made by the realtor or someone else associated with the inspection. You’ll see an option Add Invoice (Split payment with another contact) under Fees and Payments on the confirmed inspection order page.
Sleep hours used to be standard and non-editable (no sleep hours for emails, 9pm–7am for SMS). Now you can customize them per automation on your account.
We’ll now email your company admin when a contact’s email bounces from one of our automations, so you can correct it quickly instead of it going unnoticed.
The defect summary in the web and mobile report editor works on reinspection comments too—and you can complete the entire reinspection workflow right from the defect summary screen.
On the digital report, the recommended-contractors button is now only clickable when there’s actually a contractor to recommend for that service. This prevents the confusion of clicking through to an empty recommendation.
