Multi-Party Payments

Add a partial payment link for another contact who isn’t the client on an inspection. Useful when part of the payment is being made by the realtor or someone else associated with the inspection. You’ll see an option Add Invoice (Split payment with another contact) under Fees and Payments on the confirmed inspection order page.

Custom sleep hours for automations

Sleep hours used to be standard and non-editable (no sleep hours for emails, 9pm–7am for SMS). Now you can customize them per automation on your account.

Bounced email alerts

We’ll now email your company admin when a contact’s email bounces from one of our automations, so you can correct it quickly instead of it going unnoticed.

Reinspection process improvements

A round of refinements to make the reinspection workflow smoother.

​

Checked-off items rise to the top

Checked-off items now automatically move to the top (just like regular defects) on both the web and mobile report editors.

​

Defect summary now covers reinspection comments

The defect summary in the web and mobile report editor works on reinspection comments too—and you can complete the entire reinspection workflow right from the defect summary screen.

Smarter recommended-contractor button

On the digital report, the recommended-contractors button is now only clickable when there’s actually a contractor to recommend for that service. This prevents the confusion of clicking through to an empty recommendation.

Digital report thumbnails

Increased the thumbnail image view by 50% and fixed annotation alignment on the thumbnail view for images on the digital report.

​

Online scheduling text notifications

Added realtor information, in addition to the client and address, on both the “Online booking started” and “Online booking completed” notifications.

​

Improved defect summary editor (web)

Added color categorization for defects, a “save to template” button, and a summary view of defects at the top. Find it in the web report editor → three dots on the header → Defect summary.

Inspector license number on signature

Added the inspector’s license number next to their signature on the digital report.

​

Bigger “Unhide section/subsection” button (mobile)

Made the “Unhide section/subsection” button bigger than “Add section/subsection,” since it’s used more often.

​

Multi-select when unhiding (mobile)

You can now multi-select sections or subsections while unhiding them.

​

Order ID column in the inspection list

Added an Order ID (OID) column to the inspection list on the web app.

​

Compact address field

A compact, dynamic design for the address field on the online scheduler, quote tool, and dashboard inspection scheduler for a smoother experience.

New metric: Inspection count by payment status
