Custom category names per template

Category names used to be locked at the company level. Now every template can carry its own, which is ideal for new-construction templates or anywhere you want different wording. Find it in Template Tools inside any template. See Inspection Templates.

Smarter automations

Automations can now check two new conditions before they fire:
  • All agreements are signed
  • Payment has been made
These conditions work across far more event types than just payment and agreement reminders. Because powerful automations can get complex, advanced options now sit under Advanced Settings in each automation editor. See Automations.

Contacts on the PDF cover page

The buyer and listing-agent contacts can now appear on the first cover page, up to three, with the inspector listed first. Any extras flow to the next page.

Tweak the raw HTML of comment descriptions directly in the web report editor, template editor, and mobile app.

Embed YouTube and Vimeo videos

Paste a video link into a comment and the player shows right inside the report instead of a plain link.
