Custom fields + reordering

Create new custom fields and use them in multiple ways—like adding modifiers for them, or having your client fill them in on the online scheduler. Set it up in Business tools → Custom fields.

Block the calendar even in draft status

Previously the calendar was only blocked once an inspection was confirmed. Inspectors coming from other software were used to having the calendar blocked on draft inspections too—now you can do that. Turn it on in Settings → Organization → Business Management → Create calendar event for draft status inspections. The default behavior is otherwise unchanged.

Calendar description

Choose which fields appear in the description of inspection calendar events. Set it up in Business tools → Calendar Description.

Template sorting

Sort your comments either alphabetically or by most commonly used in the recent past. Find the template in Templates, click the three dots, and select Template tools.

Remove a defect category or recommendation service

If you don’t want to add a category or recommendation service to your comments, you can do that right from Template tools.
