New this week

Hive Context Layer

Every defect in your report gets a small AI insight box showing three things:
  • How common it is nationally — how often the defect shows up across the US or Canada
  • How common it is in your state — local grounding for the finding
  • Ease of repair — a quick note on how straightforward the fix usually is
It appears in a clearly separated box labeled Hive Context — AI Market Insight, so it’s always distinct from your own findings. Why it matters: a red defect like a missing smoke detector is a routine fix, but to a first-time buyer it can look like a deal-killer. With context on how common each issue really is, your reports read informative instead of alarmist, and you get fewer panicked follow-up calls after you release a report.
