Generate inspection reports in Spanish to better serve your Spanish-speaking clients. Navigate to report settings and select Spanish as the output language before publishing.Update: this has since changed. Translated PDFs are made from the PDF button in the Web Editor, at any time, and Spanish also from the report list in the mobile app. See Can I send a report in Spanish or French?.

ACH payments now unlock reports instantly upon successful processing. No more waiting for payment verification before clients can access their reports.Update: this now depends on the Mark payment as paid only when ACH settles setting in Business Tools → Payments. It is off by default: the payment is marked as paid and the report unlocks as soon as the client authorizes the transfer, once any agreements are signed. Turn it on and the payment shows as processing, and the report stays locked until the bank confirms (1 to 4 business days). See Payment settings.
