How to book an online inspection

Access the inspector's website

Fill in your information

Optional: enter buyer agent information

Provide property address

Select inspection services

Access your reports

  • Use the provided link to access your inspection reports.
  • Enter your email and select the property address to view details.
Tip: Double-check the property address before submitting to ensure accuracy. Include your buyer agent’s information if possible—this helps everyone stay in the loop. After booking, check your email for confirmation and save the inspection portal link (usually reports.hiveinspect.com) to easily access your reports later. You can also add add-on services during the review step if you need additional inspections like radon or termite testing!
