A Dedicated Phone Number is a custom local phone number used to send all of your automated text messages to clients and agents. Instead of messages coming from a generic shared number, they come from your own consistent number — giving your business a more professional and recognizable image. How It Works
- All automated text messages (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups) are sent from your dedicated number
- When a client or agent replies, the response is routed to you via the platform, your phone, and your email
- You can view and manage all conversations from your Messages dashboard
Note: The dedicated number is for text messaging only. If someone tries to call the number, the call will not connect.

Setting Up Your Dedicated Phone Number
Step 1: Subscribe
Head to Business Tools > Subscriptions and activate the Dedicated Phone Number add-on.Step 2: Complete Your Business Info
Fill out the Dedicated Number Form with your company and business details. Accuracy is critical — the information you provide is used for number registration and compliance, so double-check everything before submitting. Once your dedicated number is active, you can track incoming messages and replies in three places:- Messages Dashboard — View all conversations at Messages
- Your Phone — You’ll receive a text on your configured phone number whenever someone replies to an automated text
- Your Email — You’ll receive an email with the message content, contact name, and a direct link to the inspection order
Removing Your Dedicated Number
If you no longer wish to use a dedicated number, you can remove it from your account. Your automated text messages will revert to being sent from the default shared number, and the associated subscription will be canceled.Frequently Asked Questions
