Pro Tip: When coordinating with third-party providers (radon labs, pest inspectors, etc.), request reports in PDF format whenever possible. This ensures consistent formatting and universal accessibility for your clients across all devices.
Business Tip: The additional reports feature transforms you from just an inspector to a comprehensive property documentation coordinator. Market this as a value-add service—clients appreciate the convenience of accessing all property reports through a single, professional portal. This differentiation can justify premium pricing and build client loyalty.
