Pro Tip: Create 2-3 different sample reports showcasing various property types and inspection scenarios. This demonstrates your versatility and gives you options when marketing to different audiences. For example, use a thorough sample with many findings when marketing to realtors (shows you’re thorough), and a cleaner sample when marketing directly to homebuyers (shows you’re fair and objective).
Marketing Reminder: Sample reports are one of your most powerful marketing tools. They provide tangible proof of your quality and professionalism. Update them regularly and use them liberally in your marketing efforts to build trust before prospects even contact you!
